As you see on left there are three shapes in 250BinLira shape file.
Press D . (We got reset foreground and background colors as black and white) open a new Layer and with black color make shapes AyYildiz and 250 over the circle.. Align them as vertical and horizontal
Our Layers shold look like as the right side. Make Layer 2 invisible then Apple+Click on Layer 2 and choose Layer 1.

Press Apple+J.
Now our Layers looks like:
Make Layer 1 copy: Ctrl+click on Layer 1 and choose Duplicate Layer from the popup menu. when you click OK button you'll see the new layer named "Layer 1 copy" Make Apple+Click on this new layer and go to Menu: Select>Modify>Contract...(8 pix) Then hit OK button. Again from the menu: Select>Inverse and hit the Backspace. (It is placed over the Return key) Connect the Layer 3 and Layer 1 copy then press Apple+E key combination.
for connecting Layers you should clik on the empty box near the EYE sign of the Layer 3. When you click it you'll see the chain icon. did you see :)
Let's make Layer Style the connected Layer.Double click on it and from the Layer Style window: Drop Shadow and Bevel and Emboss. Finally use Drop Shadow only the Layer 1. Photoshop Tutorials
