Before making a box which has wooden pattern we have got a wooden pattern file. You can use whatever you want for the pattern if you want to use my pattern click to link above.
(For getting Guide line Ruller should be visible, if the Ruler is not visible choose from the menu: View>Ruler now drug the mouse from the Ruler with Guide line)
We will make all you see on the picture above then our Layer palethe will look like on the left.All we need to do is like this step by step: 1. Choose Rectangular Marquee Tool. While using Options Bar arrange the Fixed Size 150 px / 150 px. 2. Sure on the Background Layer then choose the corner area. Bring gide line each side of the selected area, left side and over side, from the Ruler. Make Apple+J from the keyboard. (Now you can see the Layer 1 over Background Layer) 3. Selct again Background Layer then process the same steps for Layer 2 and Layer 3. Important: Don't forget to back to Background Layer when you made each Apple+J :)
i have shown on the one picture all steps so you can easily understand steps. 1. Make invisible Bacground Layer'. 2. Choose Layer 1. 3. Choose Move Tool and Apple +T from the keyboard 4. Ctrl+Click! on the Square form. (I mean Right Click) and choose Distort. 5. Move the right side of the square form slightly.
6. Bring Guide Lines the top left corner of the square form. 7. Hit Enter and choose Layer 2. Now do the same steps for the left side of this square. 8. In Layer 3 after you made Apple+T bring the correct corners to convenient corners of Layer 1 and Layer 2.

Choose Inner Glow with the values of the left side.
