Open a new document in square shape.
1.Invisible Background Layer.
2. Open new Layer.
3. On new Layer draw the elipse shape on left with ElipseTool. And make selection, fill with black.
From Menu:
Edit>Define Pattern... and give a name to pattern. I named "MetalYuzey"
With PaintBucket tool we will use our pattern.
Open a new and larger document.
Open a new Layer. With PaintBucket tool choose our pattern and fill the new layer.
Make Apple+L (Image> Adjustments>Levels) Let's soft the black.
ElipseTool. And make selection, fill with black.
