Fill the Background Layer with black. Our work should look like above. We make the same process (Apple+L 175 level.) to the Background Layer.
Our picture is ready after the last step: Lighting Effects. Choose Layer 1. Filter>Render>Lighting Effects... (Be sure in Texture Channel has been choosen Layer 1 Transparency)
